About The TeamIdentify new merchant opportunity to onboard on ShopeeFood and grow company's revenue from lived merchantsJob DescriptionResponsible for ensuring the success of key merchants by growing their revenue and ensure smooth operationBuild long lasting relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factorsNegotiate deals with merchants and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenuesAble to coordinate with cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions.Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same timeAble to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution In depth understanding of seller insights and able to leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellersAble to collaborate well with other team membersDriven to achieve team goals and is transparent to share ideas to help total team improve performanceHave high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as high ownership of each accountRequirementsBachelor or Master Degree in BBA or related fieldsAt least 1 year experienced in Key Account, Merchandiser, Offline business, Business Development would be a plus (have a product knowledge in Food delivery)Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environmentStrong communication skills and Negotation SkillDetail Oriented and Data AnalysisDirect and related work experience Key Account RoleFast-pacing and good adapt on changeBusiness English is a plus
