Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development. This role plays a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting company growth through market expansion and collaboration initiatives.Responsibilities:- Identify and develop potential business opportunities and partnerships.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.- Develop business strategies to support company objectives.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.- Prepare reports and analyses related to project development and performance.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from any major, preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Proactive, result-oriented, and strategic thinker.- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.- Previous experience in business development or partnership management is a plus.- Applicants must be based in the Jabodetabek area.
