Preference will be given to candidates with a background in outsourcing or HR/recruitment services for clients.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.- Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.- Manage and grow client relationships, particularly in the outsourcing domain.- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for potential clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored client solutions.- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Requirements:- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales within consultancy/service-based industries.- Experience in dealing with outsourcing clients is highly preferred.- Proven track record in lead generation and client management.- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
