This includes driving business development in areas such as drone cleaning, glass cleaning, and industrial applications, ensuring that ChemiTek’s sustainable solutions reach new markets and create lasting impact.About the positionThis person will be accountable for proactively generating leads and converting them into sales, with a strong focus on our industrial product line, glass solutions, and the newly developed drone product line. He/she will be mentored on these business areas and is expected to actively contribute to day-to-day activities related to business development and sales, while driving growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.Research and analyse specific business partners within the assigned areas and markets, generate quality leads and close dealsAnalyse and develop customer potential by identifying key/unmet needs and translate them into innovation opportunitiesContinuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and businessEstablish a distribution network with focus in Europe and North AmericaProvide training to new distributors and clients and as well as daily supportEnsure efficient information exchange between internal teams and external partnersRegular national/international travels to meet customers and participate in eventsSkillsGraduate or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering or other.Business and customer oriented, with minimum 2-4 years’ experience in salesExperience in creating and developing a distributor networkOutstanding communication capabilities, fluent in spoken and written English (Spanish or French is a plus)Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-driven, proactiveness and resiliencyUp-to-date computer skills What we offerA unique opportunity to join a young company set to become an industry standardA whole new range of products to explore and the opportunity to become the face of the company in those sectorsSupportive & low hierarchy team with a strong sense of humour while in a high pace environmentCoffee and snacks
