Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development, with proven experience in G2G (Government-to-Government) relationships and strong stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the government sector (G2G).Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Lead the preparation and presentation of business proposals, partnership models, and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.Represent the company in meetings, events, and negotiations with external partners.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.Demonstrated experience in G2G collaboration and government relations.Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.Excellent English communication (verbal and written).Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Preferred Attributes:Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with public sector procedures and procurement frameworks.
