This single contributor role involves negotiating terms, onboarding new pin suppliers, and ensuring the seamless distribution of third-party pins for Razer Gold across B2B and B2C segments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with digital pin partners to ensure a steady supply of third-party pins.Conduct regular follow-ups and serve as the primary liaison between key merchants and ensuring strong alignment.Negotiate pricing, margins and contractual terms to maximize profitability while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with pin suppliers.Identify and onboard new digital pin suppliers to expand the Razer Gold ecosystem.Monitor Industry trends to identify high-potential digital content opportunities for business growth.Oversee the distribution of third-party pins across B2B and B2C segments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to address partner queries and resolve issues.Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions.Define and oversee operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery and streamline workflows.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital pin aggregation and distribution.Ensure accuracy in billing for all transactions with digital pin suppliers and partners.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the digital content or payment solutions industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Familiarity with digital pin aggregation and pin distribution is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a teamPre-RequisitesAre you game?
