With a booming industry, we bring the beauty of over 19 million flowers annually to your doorstep.Role DescriptionFlowrista is seeking a results-driven, creative, and highly organized Business Development Executive to drive B2B partnerships, grow our portfolio with top-tier luxury brands, and support the marketing team in crafting innovative, revenue-driving campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales and marketing background who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships & SalesAcquire high-end, luxury brands to join Flowrista’s premium product portfolio.Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients (e.g., banks, hotels, multinationals) to collaborate on employee gifting, activations, or seasonal campaigns.Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities by preparing proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions.Negotiate contract terms and ensure successful onboarding of new partners.Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Marketing & Campaign CollaborationWork hand-in-hand with the Marketing Manager to develop creative B2B/B2C campaigns, offers, and sales initiatives.Suggest and co-create concepts for corporate bundles, gifting packages, or promotional collaborations that align with seasonal and brand objectives.Support the execution and performance tracking of joint campaigns.Account Management & RetentionAct as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.Resolve client inquiries or concerns swiftly and professionally along with team.Monitor and report on account performance, campaign impact, and customer feedback.Research & ReportingConduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitor activity.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, and account growth.Submit structured weekly/monthly reports to management on progress, pipeline, and performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing—preferably in luxury, retail, or gifting sectors.Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage business accounts effectively.Strong background in campaign planning and client-facing roles.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills.Well-organized, proactive, and excellent time management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Passion for creative marketing ideas and luxury brand positioning.
