Business Development Specialist

Jaga Planet Indonesia was recently established with the mission to achieve Net Zero Carbon Indonesia by conserving and rehabilitating forests and ecosystems and building sustainable communities. We're we are seeking a BisDev/ Sales Executive - Cybersecurity & IT Solution to be a key part of our foundational team.Job descriptions and responsibilities : ·      Identify, research, and engage potential clients to generate qualified leads. ·      Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients. ·      Develop new sales opportunities and focus on closing deals with new accounts to drive business growth. ·      Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, and proposals to prospective clients. ·      Meet or exceed sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. ·      Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. ·      Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. ·      Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-termRequirements : ·      A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience. ·      At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in IT and Cybersecurity industries. ·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ·      Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ·      Ability to build strong client relationships and manage a sales pipeline effectively. ·      Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiar with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Solution Selling). ·      Fluent in English is an advantage. ·      Ability to stay current with company offerings and industry trends. ·      Flexibility to travel if required
