And it takes an exceptional Jr. Business Development Specialist to make it happen.As a Jr. Business Development Specialist at ROTA, you will work directly with our Business Development Lead and Executive Team. From research and analysis to marketing, documentation, and to managing sales, you’ll contribute to every stage of the sales cycle.You’ll analyze markets, manage CRM data, support exhibition activities, and generate insights that will directly contribute to new leads and sales opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in preparing and presenting impactful presentations, digital content, and communication strategies that strengthen our global presence and support revenue growth.At the same time, you’ll prepare yourself to become a well-rounded business development professional who can combine research, outreach, nurturing, sales, marketing, and project management skills.What You’ll Be DoingResearching government incentives, grants, investment trends, target accounts, and sector-specific investment trends, while tracking long-term projects and opportunities.Conducting competitor analyses, benchmarking, and reporting.Supporting exhibition execution: Researching exhibitions/events that may be relevant, attendance planning, booth planning, supplier/visitor research, targeted outreach and post-event follow-up.Managing digital marketing in creating and updating presentations, brochures, catalogs, and digital content that enhance brand visibility.Managing CRM data quality, nurturing legacy accounts, and outreach to prospective clients.Coordinating sales meetings, reporting, and documentation, ensuring clear communication between business development teams.Lead outreach efforts to target firms, establish first contacts, maintain CRM data quality, and nurture both new and legacy accounts to build sustainable client relationships.Take ownership of sales operations and account management responsibilities, including organizing and leading client meetings, tracking opportunities, and ensuring consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle – in the long term. What You’ll BringExcellent English proficiency (written & spoken) to communicate confidently with international clients.Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.Proactive and result-driven mindset; able to take initiative, follow up consistently, and deliver on deadlines.Solid communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and engaging effectively with stakeholders.Curiosity and passion for business development, marketing, and sales, with eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
