With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we continue to expand our global presence and deliver world-class travel experiences.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.This role requires someone who can identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue by promoting Sara International Travel’s services to both new and existing clients.Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual travelers. • Promote and sell travel packages, air tickets, and visa services. • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. • Research market trends to identify potential areas for growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities. • Maintain accurate sales reports and follow up with leads effectively. • Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support.Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or the travel industry (preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. • Passion for travel, customer service, and relationship-building.Why Join UsAt Sara International Travel, we believe in rewarding performance and fostering professional growth.
