Genero Group is a fast-growing company in the beauty and FMCG industry, home to brands that continue to innovate and deliver meaningful impact.We are looking for a Business Development Senior Manager to lead and oversee both Brand Marketing and Sales teams, driving strategic growth, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainable business success.What you will doDevelop and implement accurate and insightful market research strategies to understand target customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.Develop and implement new customer acquisition strategies to boost company or brand presence and support overall sales objectives.Translate product Unique Selling Points and competitive advantages into compelling marketing campaign strategies to drive product leadership and differentiation.Develop strategic initiatives to increase basket size, loyalty, and lifetime value of existing customers.Develop and lead an integrated strategy across Marketing, Sales, and Key Accounts to maximize customer acquisition, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and develop account growth strategies to increase basket size through cross-selling, upselling, and bundling opportunities.Drive continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating market research outcomes and brand initiatives to guide future strategies.Ensure all brand and product marketing initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently according to defined strategic goals and directly contribute to revenue targets.Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new customers, deliver positive first experiences, and establish long-term business relationships to support sales objectives.Manage and track expenditures, financial goals, and budgets to ensure all financial aspects stay on track.Responsible for manpower planning and team development (coaching, mentoring, and counseling), as well as conducting periodic reviews to manage performance.Become a role model in implementing corporate culture and fostering a collaborative and synergistic teamwork environment across functions.What we are looking for7–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and partnership management.Strong knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Brand & Product Marketing, Market Research, and Project Management.Experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Data-driven, strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate insights into action.Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented professional with a passion for growth and innovation.Join us to lead the next chapter of growth — where strategy meets execution, and leadership drives lasting impact. 🌟
