Business Development Supervisor - EV Charging

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV Charging Station projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors.Build strategic partnerships with property developers, transportation operators, gas stations, fleet companies, and government institutions.Conduct market analysis, site research, and develop network expansion strategies for EV chargers.Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and lead contract negotiations with partners.Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth project implementation and charger management.Monitor sales performance and KPIs to achieve business development targets.Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and technologies in electric vehicles and green energy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Renewable Energy.2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management—preferably in the energy, automotive, or technology sectors.Good understanding of EV charging systems (AC/DC types, kW capacity, connector standards, OCPP, etc.).Strong financial analysis skills (CAPEX, OPEX, ROI).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proactive, target-driven, and passionate about green technology and electric mobility.Fluency in English is an advantage.Good luck!
