The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or strategic planning, preferably in industrial or B2B sectorsStrong understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategiesProven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities across markets, segments, and channelsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partnersExperience in managing cross-functional projects and working with regional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvement initiatives Fluent in English, both written and spokenProficiency in MS Office tools; experience with CRM and market intelligence platforms is preferredJOB DESCRIPTIONSupport the identification of new business opportunities, including new markets, corporate growth areas, current market trends, customers, business partnerships, product groups, and regions, as well as the replication of commercial synergies and best practicesCollaborate with Business Development Manager to develop an effective network across regions in order to understand and create replication opportunities in commercial practices such as new customer segments, market entry strategies, and product converters that drive growth.Ensure timely and high-quality execution of new market/segment/channel penetration initiatives assigned by the Marketing and Business Development Group ManagerEstablish regular communication with customers, industry leaders, associations, and organizations to strengthen and expand relationshipsEnsure that potential leads identified through new opportunity development are handed over to the sales teams once they are qualifiedWork with regional teams and marketing to lead the development of regional market maps and analysis processesMonitor and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks: manage monthly KPI reviews and oversee weekly review processes for improvement projectsCommunicates with internal cross-functional managers like planning, supply chain and production to foster and develop best practices Acts as the problem solver for any issues escalated by direct reportersAssists in work-flow mapping and analysis with regional teams and supply chain teams.Acts as a consultant for technical aspects of key sales and reporting systems, forwards and communicates them with necessary internal stakeholdersAssists in coordinating demand planning, forecasting, allocation related communication across planning, supply chain and production functionsAssists in SKU rationalization and evaluation procedures in the regionEnhances sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
