Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic leader to help drive Dentsu Hong Kong’s China Inbound business, supporting Hong Kong and international brands to grow their business with mainland Chinese consumers, whether in mainland China, Hong Kong, or global markets.This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on project management, and market-facing influence. The role requires leadership of integrated media and content strategies, development of China inbound opportunities, and representation of Dentsu HK as a China market expert through thought leadership and public engagement.China Inbound Media, Social & Content Strategies & ExecutionSupport the development and execution of integrated media, social, and content strategies for brands targeting mainland Chinese consumers.Manage day-to-day campaign operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.Market Representation & Thought Leadership SupportAct as dentsu’s spokesperson on China inbound marketing: speaking at industry events, contributing to publications, and representing the agency in client forums and public platforms. Build visibility for both the agency and our China Inbound Solutions.Help build visibility for the agency’s China Inbound Solutions.Strategic PartnershipsAssist in developing and managing partnerships with Chinese platforms (e.g. Wechat, Rednote, Meituan) to create unique solutions for clients. Relevant Experience12 years + experience China Media and/or Content / Social AgencyExperience in strategizing and executing campaigns on Rednote and WechatCantonese / English as strong second languageKey selling pointsDrive China Inbound business, support HK & Int'l brand to grow businessStrategic ownership of a high-growth practiceHigh visibility within the industry, and build thought leadership and influence
