★ 20% of employees are foreign nationals, and nearly half use English on a daily basis at work★ 100% of employees take and return to maternity leave for both men and women★ The average overtime hours for the team over the past year were 10 hours/monthThe Event and Service Specialist (ESS) is the on-site (or online) point of contact for event organizers on the day of the event.Working with team members and service lines (catering, security, technical production, and other internal sections) to ensure the event is ready,they will handle last-minute changes and issues on the day, and will provide on-site logistics and simple production support. Respond to inquiries from organizers on the day of the event (including in-person and online) Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during the event Coordinate in advance with the Event Manager (EM) and service partners to ensure proper execution and provision of services in each area of event support, such as catering, audio/visual production, security, and transportation/movement Review on-site needs before the event and reconfirm and clarify any concerns Event-day support includesStanding on-site or on-call at any timeTroubleshooting issues that arise and consulting with appropriate internal partners for advanced casesAssisting with the day of the online event (pre-preparation, slide manipulation, music playback, managing streaming and recording, etc.) Communicating additions and changes to relevant information to the event team, including the Event Manager and service line (e.g. warranty changes, schedule changes, etc.) Creating reports on on-site events, including data after the event■ Benefits[Salary]Determined Based On Experience And Skills.[Salary increase]Once a year (April) *Depending on evaluation[Bonus]Performance allowance: Twice a year (June, December) *Depending on performance[Welfare, etc.]Full social insurance.
