Job Description

Description: Sales Execution & Support: Drive the end-to-end execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns in close alignment with the sales team and other departments. Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline status, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making. Support sales forecasting and budgeting activities with accurate data and insights. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams. Ensure seamless communication and follow-through on all sales-related activities, including order fulfillment, pricing updates, inventory availability. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyse sales performance, market trends, and promotional effectiveness. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. Sales Excellence Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales and trade marketing strategies, including promotions, sales campaigns, and in-store initiatives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on performance goals and strategies. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Process Improvement & Ownership: Identify and streamline internal sales processes to reduce friction and improve efficiency. Develop and maintain SOPs for critical sales support tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy. Monitor and resolve operational bottlenecks that hinder sales productivity. Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management, with actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor target achievement across the team and highlight deviations or improvement areas.
