Business Excellence Manager

The incumbent is responsible to define, deploy and lead JJOS Methodology to drive significant site improvements within Epsilon project and J&J Costa Rica Campus. This includes 1) define JJOS Roadmap for the new Costa Rica Campus 2) Leading and execution of a multiyear JJOS roadmap, 3) coaching team members, site leaders at all levels of the organization, 4) creating a continuous improvement and transformational culture, 5) Capability building strategy on JJOS Framework.ResponsibilitiesLead site Continuous Improvement Program aligned with site strategyLead and develop site JJOS Multiyear Roadmap aligned with site strategyExecute the JJOS transformation roadmap defining precise dates for each activity and anticipating implications (resources, communication, cultural change).Enable JJOS implementation providing training and coaching to Site Leadership Team to adopt targeted behaviors.Drives capability building and cultural transformation at all levels of the organization using JJOS Modules and standards.Define detailed timelines and resources to successfully execute JJOS Roadmap.Keep site Leadership Team updated and influence them to support JJOS implementation through governance defined by JJOS standards. (check in, report out, Tip reviews and others)QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Science, Business Administration, or in Engineering field is required. Master degree is highly desirableA minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, manufacturing activities and Project Management functions is requiredCertify Lean ore Six Sigma (green or black belt), Quality Engineer or Project Management certification is desirableChange Management methodology knowledge is requiredExperience As a Leader Is RequiredRequires strong knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Regulatory ComplianceRequires Good knowledge in Safety and Environmental requirementsKnowledge in Statistical and Continuous Improvement methodology is requiredProficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required. Experience with Minitab is preferredAvailability to work extended hours, holidays and weekends, as per business need, is required
