You'll work across departments to track KPIs, streamline reporting, and support leadership in making data-driven decisions.This role is ideal for someone who's analytical, detail-driven, and thrives in translating raw data into clear business narratives.Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain organization-wide KPIs across departments, ensuring accuracy and consistencyPrepare Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Reports for leadershipPartner with department heads to define and refine performance metrics and dashboardsBuild and automate data pipelines using SQL, Excel, and PythonIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvementsEnsure alignment between operational performance, business goals, and strategic prioritiesSupport special analytical projects and deep dives requested by leadershipRequirements4-5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Data Analytics, or StrategyAdvanced proficiency in Excel, strong command of SQL, and working knowledge of PythonExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; able to connect data trends to business realitiesExcellent command of English (written and spoken) with strong presentation skillsStrong sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detailExperience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
