Job Type: Commission Only | Independent Contractor | Remote within UAEJob descriptionReports to the Toronto Canada officeROC Citizenship is a cross-border migration, business expansion advisory with offices in Dubai (UAE), Toronto (Canada) and an upcoming branch in Orlando (USA).We assist international businesses in:Expanding into Canada and the United StatesEstablishing branch offices or new companiesCreating trade missions and business delegationsExploring North American market entry opportunitiesWe are now recruiting a UAE-based Business Expansion Advisor to represent our North American division and help entrepreneurs and SMEs expand internationally.The Business Expansion Advisor is responsible for generating qualified business leads, presenting Canada/USA expansion opportunities, organizing trade missions, and filtering suitable candidates for North American business growth pathways.This role does NOT offer or promise Canadian immigration.It is strictly focused on business expansion, international trade, and cross-border growth advisory.The advisor will report directly to ROC Citizenship’s Toronto office.Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead GenerationIdentify and engage SMEs, investors, entrepreneurs, and executives interested in expanding into Canada or the United States.Build relationships within UAE business communities, chambers of commerce, free zones, and private business groups.Generate your own high-quality leads through networking, business events, industry meetings, and referrals.Client Screening & QualificationAssess business owners for financial and operational readiness for North American expansion.Filter out non-serious or ineligible clients.Ensure client expectations align with business expansion, not immigration programs.Presenting Canada/USA Business ProgramsConduct consultation meetings to explain:Branch setup in Canada/USACorporate market entry advantagesOperational and tax benefitsScaling opportunities for international businessesPresent opportunities professionally to senior decision-makers (CEOs, directors, founders).Trade Mission DevelopmentOrganize business delegations and trade missions to Canada and the USA.Support the Toronto/Orlando office in planning itineraries, meetings, and industry tours.Promote participation in business events, networking sessions, and investment showcases.Attend trade missions in Canada/USA as part of the ROC delegation.Eligible candidates will be issued an invitation letter to support a visitor visa (business visitor) to attend trade missions.
