Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Business Setup Consultancy Location: Sharjah, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Helen and Sons Business Consultancy FZE Job Overview: Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced and trustworthy Sales Team Leader with a strong background in UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore). The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven experience in the field, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of consultants while ensuring consistent target achievement and high deal conversion. This is a leadership role requiring fluency in English, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of the business setup industry in the UAE.
