Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily revenue, service operations, and spare-parts consumption reports.Manage insurance finance operations including cashless process coordination, claim tracking, and receivables.Drive revenue assurance, deferral accounting, and OMS–SAP reconciliation for Ola Care+.Conduct warranty, goodwill, and service cost analysis with model/parts-wise insights.Oversee spare-parts pricing, inventory variance analysis, and support system clean-up with IT.Deliver ad-hoc analysis, management MIS, dashboards, and support monthly service revenue review.Perform month-end closing activities related to service finance, warranty cost, and reconciliations.QualificationsCA / CMA / MBA (Finance)4–7 years of experience in Business Finance / Service Finance / FP&AStrong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel & SAPExperience in service operations, revenue assurance, reconciliations, and financial reportingAbility to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively
