Business Finance Manager

Job Title: Business Finance Manager: K–12 SchoolsLocation: NoidaJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a mission-driven Business Finance Manager to lead financial planning,analysis, and strategic support for our network of K–12 schools. This role is critical toensuring strong financial stewardship across our schools, enabling data-driven decisionsthat directly impact student success and operational sustainability. The ideal candidate isa proactive problem-solver with deep financial acumen and a passion for education.Key Responsibilities: School Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for individual schools andcentral operations, ensuring alignment with academic and operational goals. School Support & Business Partnering:Act as a financial advisor to school principals, regional leaders, and operationalstaƯ. Help interpret financial data, manage budgets, and make informed decisionsaligned with each school’s objectives. Financial Reporting & Analysis:Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and varianceanalyses at the school, regional, and organizational levels. Provide actionableinsights to improve financial performance and resource allocation. Capital & Facilities Planning Support:Provide financial guidance for facility investments, capital budgeting, and long-termmaintenance planning across school sites. Process Improvement & Compliance:Streamline financial processes, improve forecasting tools, and ensure compliancewith relevant education finance policies and regulatory guidelines. School and Business Unit Support:Support P&L ownership, cost control, and strategic investment decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with operations, legal, and external consultants to drive operational andstrategic initiatives.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
