If you’re passionate about supporting startups and believe you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you.The CompanyWe make fundraising and equity management simple, affordable, and fully supported.Customers:UK startups raising funds or setting up share option schemes (we also handle SEIS/EIS submissions for non-UK companies).Services:Investor readiness: Prepare for investment, including SEIS/EIS advance assurance.Funding rounds: Manage all legal documents and investor engagement.Share option schemes: Set up and administer EMI and unapproved schemes.The RoleAs a Business & Financial Analyst (Customer Success), your primary role is to manage the SEIS/EIS advance assurance process, responding to client queries, and creating internal and external guides and resources.Responsibilities:SEIS/EIS advance assurance submissions:Review startup pitch decks and financial forecasts to assess eligibility under HMRC’s SEIS/EIS rules.Analyse company structure and business activities to ensure completeness and compliance with SEIS/EIS requirements.Communicate with clients via the ticketing system to verify that all materials are complete and accurate.EMI valuations for share option schemes:Collate and interpret business and financial dataValue startups using appropriate methodologyBuild in key assumptionsCustomer success activities:Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.Develop external “how-to” guides and internal process documentation and information packs.Spot opportunities for customers to benefit from additional services, and collaborate with Marketing to generate success stories and testimonials.The PersonYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:Customer focused: Dedicated to solving customer problemsProcess oriented: Confident in managing and improving technical processesDetail driven: Comfortable reviewing and creating precise documentsAnalytical: Strong in financial and data analysisStrong communicator: Capable of working cross-functionallyRequirements:Passion for startups, SaaS, or LegalTech.Ideally: Finance or legal-related qualification.Exposure to SEIS/EIS (or even knowing what these schemes are!) is optional - all training will be provided.
