Business Functional Analyst (with German language)

Frequently the relaxation rooms are the place where the most ambitions ideas are born.• We are not just professional teams, we are also friends that have fun working together• If you are an active person and you feel motivated by the creation/development of the software solutions, then this is the place to be, you will not get bored.From January 2026 mandatory office attendance - 3 days per week.Responsibilities:• Act as a Business Functional Analyst in developing new technology applications in partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders• Participate as an active scrum team member working alongside our business and operations users, developers, architects & UI Developers.• Understand current state business process, and challenges and work with business stakeholders and operations to define strategic solutions.• Organize working groups and provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks.• Translate business needs: Create models, process flows, diagrams, presentations, and other documentation that support the target audience in understanding the business requirements• Attend scrum ceremonies as required and be involved in the Product Backlog refinement sessions for defining user stories with the team.• Agree on test scenarios and conditions for signoff with stakeholders.Mandatory Skills Description:• German speaking• Business and functional analysis• Requirements management• Stakeholder management• Strong communication skills• Good understanding of underlying IT• Use case modeling• User story mapping• Strong understanding of SLDC• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)• Presentation skills• Agile methodologies• JIRA, ConfluenceLanguage:English: English: B2 Upper IntermediateRomanian: C1 AdvancedGerman B2-C2
