We are seeking an experienced business growth and operation specialist with a proven track record in developing and executing key business initiatives that can help WorldFirst to establish itself as the market leader in cross border payment solutions for businesses in Malaysia. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the country manager, representing a great opportunity to make a major impact to the performance of the business in Malaysia.Roles and ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with key stakeholders to align the business performance with the company objectives and identify areas of growth/improvement that can bring significant commercial contributionCreate and execute initiatives to drive business growth/operation improvement which includes analysing of data, market trends & competitors research, drafting business requirements document, GTM plan, working with key stakeholders and other functions to implement the agreed initiative successfullyTrack and monitor the performance of every key initiatives, and drive insights and actions via data analytics & feedbacks gatheringConstantly gathering feedbacks from customers, partners and sales/marketing team members on product enhancements, new features and capabilities, and strive to position WorldFirst solutions to be the best in class in MalaysiaBridging the product knowledge for sales/marketing team by conducting commercial trainings on new product features/launches, focusing on the positioning of value proposition, target audience and competitive analysis, working with internal teams to create product documentation, feature guides, and customer-facing materials aligned with product specifications to ensure successful roll-outSupport ad-hoc key business initiatives/projectsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of working experience in similar role preferably in e-commerce, payment or tech industriesGood commercial acumen, analytic thinking and result-orientedStrong in project management. multi-tasking and communication skillsDemonstrate ownership, resourcefulness and accountability for the assigned business objectivesFluent in English. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferredAble to adapt in a fast paced environmentBusiness travel may be required from time to time
