What You Will DoProactively engage in the development of business strategies within local geography / functional scope consider these insights as input to talent strategy development and workforce planning:Provide local input to functional talent strategies to enable functional business strategies and accountable to adapt and execute in local geographyProvide local input to functional strategic workforce planning (SWP) in-line with Corporate SWP process and tools Own key parts of the talent priority work plans, develops and deploys change management, organization and process design expertiseLead talent solutions based on data insights and execute processes to improve business performance, leveraging common corporate tools, solutions and processes, and the full HR function Development Framework. Ensure full alignment of workforce solutions with corporate intent, principles and preferences as articulated in HRMSExecute assessment process in line with Corp intent act as straight-edge with BL/SL to deliver a robust and fair processAsset Management:Execute activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestments and ventures within the respective BL/SL in partnership with the Asset Management COE, D&S and Labor COE Act as coach to local leaders consistent with the Expectation of LeadersAct as second line of defense for Corporate talent management system act as a straight edgeWork across HR to fully leverage integrated value and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunitiesOther responsibilities:Support execution of HR functional prioritiesEmployee Communications: provide local input to various employee communication related to HR / personnel matters ensure HR communications team are aware of employee sentiment and broad issue areas are flagged to country or functional HRLTsMember of local functional leadership teams represent HR on local ESGsAbout YouWe are seeking Individuals who are passionate about what they do and eager to join us in providing solutions to society’s energy needs.
