Client Onboarding & Business Implementation Project Manager Areas: Global Custody / Fund Dealing ServicesAbout the RoleManage and deliver end-to-end client onboarding and fund-related implementation projects (new client launch, migration, merger, liquidation, insurance activity and other fund events).ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle onboarding and implementation projects (analysis → set-up → go-live).Organise and participate in regular meetings with clients and internal/external stakeholders.Perform detailed requirement and gap analysis, define the operating model in line with the target TOM.Negotiate and coordinate the signature of operational documentation (Operating Memorandum, FX, Corporate Actions etc.).Ensure all operational setups and flows are in place to secure a smooth transition into BAU.Coordinate asset migrations (funds, hedge, listed securities, cash).Work closely with cross-functional teams: Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, FDS, GC, Depositary, Market & Financing Services.Manage technical setup and connectivity (SWIFT, Neolink), including testing and readiness checks.Maintain a clear overview of the project pipeline and anticipate capacity or delivery risks.Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in post-implementation reviews.QualificationsStrong experience in client onboarding, Global Custody and/or Fund Dealing ServicesExcellent project management, stakeholder coordination and client relationship skillsGood understanding of financial instruments and operational flows (funds, migrations, cash, FX…)Languages: English & French required (additional languages considered an asset)Required SkillsStrong experience in client onboarding, Global Custody and/or Fund Dealing ServicesExcellent project management, stakeholder coordination and client relationship skillsGood understanding of financial instruments and operational flows (funds, migrations, cash, FX…)Languages: English & French required (additional languages considered an asset)
