Job Summary: Client Success (CS) is a new Accenture function focused on elevating client experience & client value across Accenture so we can consistently be the preferred partner for our clients. The CS team is implementing new processes, tools, ways of working and best practices to enable the shift to Client Success.Key Responsibilities Support with templates development, job aids, and training for Client Success and Account facing teams. Conduct proactive analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support business account teams Partner with CS Analytics team and other Client Success teams to ideate on processes, systems, and tools Perform ad hoc reporting / analysis requestsMust Have: Ability to synthesize large data sets into executive level presentations Intermediate Excel Skills (pivot tables, index match, conditional formatting, data visualization) PowerPoint formatting, data interpretation
