Our team is composed of dedicated professionals who thrive on challenges and excel in collaborative work environments.Your new roleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced consultant to support the Head of Global Integrity Operations & Digital Innovation (HGIO). This role is pivotal in driving digitalization, performing data analyses, and conducting risk assessments that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in digitalization and AI, possess strong skills in data analysis, and be eager to contribute to various projects that operationalize global integrity controls.Key Responsibilities:Assist the HGIO in leading strategic and operational matters and secure daily robust planning.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence related to business integrity operations and controls.Support management of our global service center.Coordinate communication between the HGIO, Global Business Areas (GBA), and various geographical units – as well as other group functions.Lead the digital development and maintenance of the in-house Integrity portal and other Business Integrity tools utilized in our daily work.Provide support in the execution of digitalization and AI initiatives within the Integrity and Data Compliance department.Maintain the overview of the operational controls and initiatives impacting Ramboll's projects and employees globally and lead development of these controls.
