Our global commercial team accelerates business and opportunities by putting those customers and partners at the center of what we do.What You Will DoThe primary responsibility of this role will be to be the key data contact and owner of FLS data models and reporting driving analysis for our broader DA&I team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying areas of opportunity to support our sales and commercial organization. The role has exposure to many areas of the business and help identify key areas of data and process improvement.How You Will Do ItWork with key stakeholders to identify, source, and produce new lead workflows for our Commercial Sales business.Design and build data flows, queries, models, and effective data visualizations.Develop a holistic understanding of how data flows across CRM platforms, ERPs, and other source systems to the enterprise data platform.Perform routine data validation and reconciliation to ensure reports are accurate, timely and aligned with business objectivesCreate user-friendly documentation for dashboards and data setsWhat we look forA bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics); or equivalent working experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency with Snowflake and PowerBI.Experience working with data generated from CRMs and/or ERPs.Strong understanding of Salesforce and WorkdayAbility to communicate well with both senior business leadership and technical partners.Proven organizational skills within a large enterprise.Ability to work in a global team environment.
