Job Title – Business Intelligence AnalystLocation – Edmonton, AB, Canada – Should be local to Alberta. Remote (Onsite up to 3–4 times per fiscal year)Employment Type – ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our client’s Contact Centre Reporting initiative. The selected resource will design and build Power BI workforce insights dashboards, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure reporting solutions align with data governance, privacy, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and release a new Power BI insights dashboard consolidating HCM data metrics• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to validate reporting needs and ensure alignment with service objectives• Capture and maintain clear documentation of business and technical processes• Prepare and deliver training materials to support end-user adoption• Track action items, timelines, and risks, escalating concerns where necessary• Communicate progress, findings, and visual insights to diverse stakeholder groups• Create and deliver presentations/demos for executive and business engagement• Apply data governance and data quality standards throughout reporting solutions• Ensure reporting meets GoA data security and privacy compliance requirementsMandatory Skills & Qualifications• 8+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and analytical reporting solutions• Hands-on experience with DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization in Power BI• Strong skills in analyzing large datasets and presenting business insights• Experience creating BI requirements, documentation, and user training• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation abilitiesPreferred Skills• Experience with contact centre operations, CCaaS platforms, and customer interaction data• Background in data warehouse or enterprise BI environments• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, Azure analytics services, and workforce analytics• Experience supporting government or public sector reporting environmentsWhy Join Us• Work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment• Professional growth opportunities and training support• Inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace cultureAbout NetworkPediaNetworkPedia is a certified women-owned technology and talent solutions company, providing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and specialized recruitment across North Americas and beyond.
