Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Collect, analyze and interpret large data sets to provide insights and recommendations to senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decisionsDevelop and maintain data visualization tools to communicate complex data in a simple and effective mannerConduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to identify areas for improvementDevelop and maintain data quality metrics and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrityWork closely with the product development team to identify opportunities for product improvementGenerate sales and retrieval team performance reports and use same to compute KPIsCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and strategies based on market trends and customer behaviorAssist the marketing team in developing effective campaigns by providing insights and recommendations based on customer behavior and market trendsStay up-to-date with emerging trends in data analytics and business intelligence to ensure our systems and processes are cutting edgeRequirements:College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or similar fields1-3 years of experience in BI, Data Analysis or related fieldsSQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integrationVast Knowledge in Technology such as Excel, Python, VSTO, SharePoint, SAS, Power BI, MEAN Stack are a big plusKnowledge in BI Analytic toolsAbility to read code and support applications, reports and processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to contribute both independently and as part of a teamExcellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted, also you can submit your CV through hr-palmpay-tz@palmpay-inc.comPowered by JazzHR5XCPjS5PZO
