Business Intelligence Analyst

We're unorthodox in a boring industry, because fintech doesn't have to be faceless.What you can expect:Work directly with our founders (CEO, CTO, and Co-founder) - no corporate bureaucracyYour dashboards will be in customer demos within weeks, not quartersReal ownership and impact from day oneHybrid flexibility: Dubai office or remote within UAEShape our BI infrastructure as we scaleWhat you'll do:Build dashboards that answer real business questions (not vanity metrics)Turn messy financial data into clear patterns: cash flow trends, payment behavior, forecasting modelsSupport our AI forecasting engine with data models that feed payment predictions and automationWork with transactional data at scale: invoices, payments, collections across multiple industriesPresent insights to founders, product teams, and customers in clear, accessible languageWrite, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries as neededOwn our reporting infrastructure: automated reports, dashboards, stakeholder requestsWhat We're Looking For:Requirements:3–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or insights workStrong SQL skills and ability to work with complex queriesExpertise with at least one major BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)Experience with financial data: fintech, B2B SaaS, or metrics like LTV, CAC, payment cyclesExcellent communication skills (You can explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences)Bonus points for:Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)Familiarity with accounting system integrations (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP)Background in forecasting or predictive modelingStartup experienceWhat We OfferSalary: 15,000 – 18,000 AED per month, depending on experience and skill level, with clear growth potential based on performance and resultsTools & Resources: All necessary platforms and software provided (Looker Studio, SQL databases, cloud platforms, collaboration tools)Direct Mentorship: Work directly with our founders and technical leadershipProfessional Development: Ongoing learning opportunities as we build and scale our BI infrastructureFlexible Work: Hybrid setup with office space in Dubai or remote work within UAEReady to Apply?If you want to work where your insights drive real decisions, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now via LinkedIn Easy Apply.
