On behalf of Huawei Technologies, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Education & Healthcare Industry Pre-Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of clients within the education and healthcare sectors, crafting tailored solutions, and effectively pitching these solutions to prospective clients in the Middle East & Central Asia Region. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in account and business management, fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Engage prospectively with clients to understand their needs, identify pain points, and articulate how our solutions can address their challenges effectively.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with CXOs, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing needs.Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers, as well as generating leads for new business within the industry.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the education and healthcare sectors, providing insights to inform product development and sales strategies.Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experiences.Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation required for the sales process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, industry trends, and effective selling techniques within the education and healthcare verticals.Collaborate with products/solutions development teams to create innovative solutions tailored to the specific requirements and challenges of the education and healthcare industries.Qualifications and experiences:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Excellent command of English and Arabic/Russian is a plus.Proven track record of success in pre-sales, solution pitching, or account management roles within the education and healthcare industries, especially for Middle East & Central Asian Customers.Strong understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory environments within the education and healthcare sectors.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
