Ibex, on behalf of one of its global clients, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, data transformation, and visualization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international clients to deliver meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.Design and implement stored procedures, including creating database schemas from the ground up.Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and transformation tasks to streamline reporting processes.Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.Monitor data integrity, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot data-related issues.Participate in data governance and quality improvement initiatives.Automate recurring data processes and reporting workflows to improve efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proven experience working with large datasets and applying data wrangling techniques.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
