Job DescriptionInterpret massive quantitative data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports/dashboardsDesign and develop data solutions, such as data warehousing on Big Data platforms using ETL and visualization toolsSolve key business problems through using an appropriate mix of strategic thinking and computational methodsDevelop a deep, data-driven understanding of our customer, drivers, merchants and marketplace dynamics using analytics toolkitsRequirementsBachelor's or advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or other related fields.At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis area. Strong communicator with ability to convey complex messages clearly to stakeholdersExperience in ETL tools, data warehouse design, data modeling, and visualization.Strong foundation in SQL and the ability to write complex queries on big data sets.Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly.High sense of ownership and growth mindset. Self-motivated, ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
