The role involves leading customer training, managing BI-related projects, and building custom reporting solutions to empower customers in making data-driven decisions. Responsibilities: • Provide onboarding and training for customers on McLeod IQ, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. • Scope, plan, and manage BI customization projects, from requirements to delivery. • Create and document custom reports, dashboards, and data queries for customers. • Support customers with troubleshooting, product expertise, and timely updates.

• Collaborate with internal BI analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). • 1+ year of experience in Business Intelligence or a customer-facing technical support role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (knowledge of Tableau, Qlik, or SSRS a plus). • Strong communication and project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables. • Ability to travel up to 30% for training, onboarding, and customer support.
