Your RoleAfter working for more than 14 years, our existing Business Line Manager will retire at the end of 2025 & hence we are looking to find his suitable replacement.If you are dynamic and assertive, passionate about developing and growing the tools business of the Chicago Pneumatic Business lines (including the CP and Fuji brands) in Southeast Asia & Oceania, then we would love to hear from you.After a successful stint of leading the Chicago Pneumatic Tools business in Southeast Asia & Oceania, our Business Line Manager will retire in December 2025. Hence, we are initiating the process of appointing a suitable successor to ensure a smooth transition.This business is driven through a strong distributor network across our geographies. You will have the responsibility to achieve our ambitious growth plan for the business line by leading a competent team together and by strengthening our distributor network.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a part of the management team of ITBA Southeast Asia & Oceania Customer Centre based in Bangkok.Your MissionAs a Business Line Manager With Accountability For The P&L (profit And Loss., You Will Successfully Develop And Grow The CP Tools Business ThroughStrengthening our relationship with the distributionImplementing strategies and optimizing the product portfoliosSupporting and driving the digital journeys of the brandsCoaching and motivating our sales and support team to further grow top line and market share and profitabilitKey Responsibilities IncludeDeveloping and implementing a business plan and sales & marketing strategies that are consistent with the organization’s overall mission and vision, short-term and long-termAnalysing market trends, indicators and competition and turning this into effective action plans.Leading, coaching and encouraging learning ownership to ensure that our employees & distribution partners are equipped with the required competences and attitude to deliver their best.Managing and continuously developing the distribution channels to increase the customer base, ensuring that the organization is fit for purpose, size, structure and skill-wise.Establish targets in the organization such as: product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals.Comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization’s public reputationTo succeed, you will need Your ExperienceYou have a have proven track record in sales and marketing, with 7-10years of experience in handling industrial customers, key accounts & distribution management.You should excel in leading, coaching and motivating teams, both internal as well as the distributor team.Very good negotiation, communication and presentation skills BackgroundUniversity degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering and financial skills. Post-graduation in business management would be an added advantage.Your personalityA strong and agile leader, you are dynamic and assertive.
