Business Manager - Lucena

The Business Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch. He/she plans, organizes and executes business strategies; coordinates with branch operations to achieve overall satisfactory service performance, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeposit and loan volume, Deposit and loan revenue, Fee income . Manage the Business Center's profitability, sales and service management plans, budget, personnel and workflow requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures Organize and implement sales plan activities for deposit, loans and other products to maximize revenue and volume potential Create business plan and execute for the business center Build leads pipeline (prospective and existing clients) to generate business targets lmplement the sales conversion cycle at the level of the business center . Analyze and monitor business center profitability Exercise credit, pricing, and expense approving authorities with prudence Gather and evaluate market information to establish sound local sales and pricing strategies Sales culture indoctrination/ entrepreneurial lmplement and monitor an enhanced sales management process Function-specific satisfactory QA and audit ratings, Portfolio quality, Fraud management, Know-Your-Customer/Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) monitoring Comply with bank policies and processes Perform departmental control tasksQualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably Management, Marketing or any business-related fieldAt least three years' experience as Branch Manager or in a related function Credit or loans experience would be ideal
