Business Manager – South Region & Singapore

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to oversee operations and drive growth across our South Region and Singapore markets. This role requires strong leadership, regional market knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-border teams effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage business operations for South Malaysia and Singapore.Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams to meet performance goals.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.Strong understanding of South Malaysia and Singapore markets.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to travel between South Malaysia and Singapore as required.
