With the addition of a globally powerful brand to our portfolio, we are taking our strategic vision to the next level.In this exciting growth journey, we are looking for a Business Manager with strong leadership capabilities who will take full ownership of business processes end to end.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine the brand’s direction, positioning, and growth priorities in the Turkish market in line with global strategic objectivesEnsure seamless execution of brand strategies in the field through close collaboration with sales, marketing, trade marketing, and field teamsPrepare periodic business plans, evaluate category priorities, new product launches, and growth opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, regional, and global teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communicationAnalyze market, competitor, and category data to identify growth potentials and provide actionable insights to internal teamsPartner with channel sales managers to contribute to commercial planning and monitor the alignment of execution with targetsPresent regular performance reviews, risk assessments, and opportunity analyses to senior management to support strategic decision-makingQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fieldsMinimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG industryExperience in distribution, category, or brand management is a strong plusStrong strategic mindset with excellent analytical and commercial acumenExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and commercial teamsAdvanced command of English
