Business Operation Executive (BD)

As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking dedicated Business Support Executives who will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. Your role includes:Prepare sales-related documents such as reporting and analysis (quotations / sales orders / material forecasts, etc.)Liaise with internal departments for product delivery, operational challenges & sales related mattersManage customer requests, feedback, complaints & inquiriesMaintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality serviceInvolve in continuous process improvement Key Qualifications:Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Science & Technology or equivalentPossess a minimum of 1-2 years in administrative tasks; recent graduates are encouraged to applyCandidates with technical / engineering backgrounds will have an added advantageBeing fluent in languages to support our global customers effectivelyDemonstrate strong attention to detailApplicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan Industrial Park
