Act as a trusted point of contact for the CTO within the Innovation Excellence team.Coordination within the Innovation Management Team (IMT): Facilitate alignment and collaboration by preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and tracking key actions and decisions. Support planning and execution of IMT workshops and meetings.Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the Innovation Excellence team, the CTO, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient information flow. Connect workstreams and identify opportunities for collaboration across teams.Decision Making and Issue Resolution: Prepare clear and concise materials to support decision-making processes, including summaries, options, and recommendations. Track implementation of decisions and proactively identify and escalate potential issues.Who You AreEarly-career or experienced professional with a degree in business, engineering, innovation management, or a related field.Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills, adapted to different target groups, including top management.Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with SharePoint or Power BI is a plus.Interested to explore different digital / AI toolsComfortable managing multiple tasks and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Business fluent in German and English in spoken and written communicationWho We AreAt Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
