Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Manage invoicing, receipting, reconciliation and follow ups for clients and partners.• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reporting.• Coordinate onboarding and communication with employers, vendors and platform partners.• Support day to day operations of platforms such as BulaWork, BulaHaven and BulaLearn.• Assist with digital content coordination including updates, listings and marketing materials.• Provide administrative support including scheduling, reports and documentation.• Manage customer queries, platform issues and stakeholder communication.• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.Experience and Qualifications Preferred Background• Accounting or Finance• ICT or Information Systems• Marketing or Business AdministrationMinimum Requirements• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, ICT, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.• Confident using digital tools, spreadsheets and online platforms.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.Added Advantages• Experience with invoicing, accounts work or bookkeeping.• Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM tools or content management.• Interest in technology, digital marketing or online communities.What We Offer• Work from home and remote working flexibility (Based in Fiji)• A dynamic environment across multiple digital brands.• Opportunities to grow into operations, marketing or ICT roles.• Hands on exposure to multi platform digital business ecosystems.
