Position Overview The Business Operations Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business office to ensure efficiency and organization across all administrative functions. This position plays a key part in maintaining a productive and positive work environment by supporting various accounting, finance, and HR functions with essential administrative tasks. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities to keep the office running smoothly.To apply, email your resume and cover letter including how you found the position and your testimony of faith in Jesus Christ to jobs@icr.org. In the subject line include the title of the position.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, reconcile, and accurately record credit card settlements related to donations, ticket sales, and merchandise sales (books/DVDs).Oversee recruitment workflows and applicant tracking systems to ensure efficient candidate sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding processes.Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring accurate document storage, classification, and compliance with records retention policies throughout the entire lifecycle—from initial storage to final destruction.Prepare and submit recurring state sales tax payments in compliance with regulatory deadlinesSupport inventory valuation for educational and related materials, and assist with semi-annual royalty payment calculations and disbursementsEnsure the building remains clean, maintained, and securely closed each evening, coordinating as needed with the facilities management team to address maintenance and security concerns.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders, as neededHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesServe as back up receptionistOther duties as assigned. QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Demonstrative knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Accounts Receivable best practicesFamiliarity HR procedures, a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organization and time-management skillsExhibits critical thinking skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFlexibility and adaptability in a growing ministry environmentProfessional demeanor that fosters positive working relationships, is not easily offended and proactively pursues solutions Job RequirementsAgreement with ICR’s core principles and mission. A written testimony of salvation and faith in Jesus Christ. Physically capable of safely lifting up to 25 pounds.
