We are now building SnapMagic Copilot, which is built on a proprietary dataset of over 10 million components, schematic symbols, and footprints created by SnapMagic.As we scale aggressively, we’re building a culture of excellence, speed, and ownership — and we’re looking for a Business Operations Lead who thrives in a fast-moving environment where impact is the name of the game.What You’ll Be DoingAs SnapMagic's Business Operations Lead, you will have a significant impact on the company, owning the entire business operations function - from high-level strategy to tactical execution. This role is crucial for driving scalability today and into the future as we grow aggressively. In this role, you’ll not only lead business operations but you’ll also work collaboratively with all teams, including sales, marketing, partnerships, engineering and customer success.Finance & Revenue OperationsOversee all financial operations including payroll (employees, contractors, commissions), budgeting, invoicing, expense management, and monthly financial flux analysisPrepare customer quotes and agreements in HubSpot, manage invoicing (recurring and ad hoc), and handle vendor setup forms and Stripe reconciliationMaintain financial dashboards (e.g., Annualized Bookings in HubSpot), perform monthly forecast updates, and run, analyze and action invoice and expense reportsAction the payment aging report by following up on overdue accounts; maintain purchase order (PO) and credit tracking processes.Manage equity administration through CartaAutomate and continuously improve GTM workflows and systems (HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slides, etc.), including managing our Hubspot CRMRecruiting & People OperationsOwn the full recruiting lifecycle: source candidates, post/review job descriptions, manage pipelines, and drive recruiter accountabilityTrain and support hiring managers and team admins in recruiting processes and manage outcomesManage onboarding workflows, compliance trainings (e.g., E-Verify, harassment prevention), and internal enablement programsSystems & Strategic ExecutionAutomate routine processes with tools like HubSpot, QuickBooks, Stripe, and Google Workspace to improve efficiency and accuracyMaintain and enforce documentation standards: ensure Notion, SOPs, and Google Drive are well-organized and up-to-date across all functionsRun the OKR/KPI process: support leadership in quarterly planning and develop the framework for team accountabilityChampion a culture of documentation by owning and managing our Notion and Google Drive workspacesTrack and manage SLAs across the organizationManage the legal contract pipeline: track status, enforce SLA timelines, and coordinate with external counsel\ Ensure timely completion of vendor forms, NDAs, and compliance documentationOffice & General Business OperationsManage relationships with vendors, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to meet operational needs and negotiate renewalsMaintain daily office operations: mail handling, inventory, cleanliness, and suppliesWho You AreTrack record of success in an operational role at a VC-backed startup (seed or Series A stage)Exceptional organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlinesStrong reasoning, analytical, and systems-thinking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh standards of excellence from yourself and those around youSelf-motivated with a hunger to learn, grow, and make a massive impactThrives in a results-oriented environment, making fast decisions and moving the ball forwardResourceful and instinctive problem-solver who can figure out unknowns with easeBenefitsAt SnapMagic, you'll work alongside bright, passionate teammates on a mission to revolutionize the $1.3 trillion electronics industry.
