Our main customers are architectural and design firms, and we sell mostly through specifications.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Administrativo - Área Comercial in Zona Industrial de Oiã, Aveiro, Portugal. The role involves administrative assistance, customer service, finance, and analytical skills. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, assisting with administrative tasks, managing finances, and analysing sales data.Qualifications·   Fluency in English (both written and spoken);·   Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact across teams and with clients;·   Customer service experience, including managing orders, inquiries, and complaint resolution;·   Administrative assistance experience, including record keeping, scheduling, and data entry;·   Basic knowledge of finance, particularly in managing accounts payable and receivable;·   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;·   Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred);·   Ability to speak multiple languages (preferred);·   Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
