This position requires exceptional relationship-building capabilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will guide project teams, structure strategic engagements, and ensure effective collaboration both internally and externally. Responsibilities:Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key government and internal stakeholdersLead, structure and organize government advisory projects from planning to completion, ensuring milestones and timelines are metStructure and organize presentations, workshops, and exchanges with government representativesGuide and support project teams to deliver high-quality outcomesSupport communications with government officials, intermediaries, local advisors, and internal partnersPrepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and communication materials Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field)Proven experience in project management, strategy consulting, or innovation management with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English requiredAdditional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) are an assetStrong proficiency in PowerPoint and related design toolsKnowledge of government protocol and etiquetteKnowledge of stakeholder engagement best practicesHands-on, results-oriented approach with strong organizational agility and ethical integrity Although the role is remote, the candidates need to be located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.Join our team and be part of an organization that values innovation, fosters collaboration, and believes in the potential of its employees.
