As one of the fastest growing marketplaces, it’s looking for bold, forward-thinking problem solvers across all functional areas.About The RoleThe Business Operations Manager plays a significant role in building the functions to unlock growth and help the organization scale. Working directly with the leadership team, this role will work cross-functionally to lead large, critical initiatives and solve complicated, unstructured problems.This role is a terrific introduction to the organization, and allows impactful individuals to learn about the business while contributing to a variety of high-impact, critical initiatives.Act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving high-impact business initiatives and collaborating closely with leadership to inform decision-makingLead and execute key cross-functional initiatives, to scale functions and build solutionsProactively identify inhibitors to growthDefine and measure critical important metricsYouCurious about who thrives here? As the next Business Operations Manager, you should have 5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup, plus:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fieldMotivation to take on new opportunities and challengesAbility to move remarkably fast with little structure, guidanceCuriosity to learn about different parts of the business and how to pull certain levers to grow fasterAbility to operate independently and go deep on projects while also building key cross collaborative relationships across the organizationDemonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally. You are proactive, great at communicating with different audiences and can bring stakeholders on-board.
