And we give you maximum flexibility thanks to our hybrid workplace.Compliance CoordinationWHAT YOU CAN EXPECTGuide and work in close collaboration/cooperation with the central Compliance & Integrity (C&I) Team: Support the local implementation of compliance and integrity initiatives.Complete and submit all mandatory local reports.Serve as the local point of contact for employees on Compliance & Integrity matters, including managing inquiries and facilitating the reporting of potential regulatory violations.Support local training and communication activities related to compliance.Assist with local monitoring activities and sample checks.Review, update, and adapt policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation as needed.Quality Management System (QMS) SupportPreparation: Identify projects relevant to internal audits on a quarterly basis and collect and deliver the required audit-related data.Request Handling: Respond to ad hoc information requests and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders as needed.Data Collection: Gather and consolidate data on entity goals, results, and achievements to support management reviews.Follow-Up: Address and track any open issues raised during review meetings to ensure continuous improvement.Process Documentation: Prepare, document, review, and update processes and procedures in line with QMS standards.PmoProvide administrative and operational support to project managers, project teams, management, and clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for project managers.Support projects holistically from the offer phase through project controlling.Manage key project processes, including quotation, project creation, and project maintenance.Facilitate the flow of information and communication within projects and accounts.Monitor effort and performance to prevent time and budget overruns.Coordinate with other departments across all units to consolidate communication and ensure smooth project execution.Define, implement, and optimize processes to improve project efficiency.Develop and maintain project controlling processes.Independently maintain and report actual and target data, including forecasts, with regular updates to Account Management and senior management.Introduce and continuously improve project management standards based on best practices.Capacity ManagementEnsure effective internal communication on capacity planning with the management team, as well as with internal and external employees.What You Bring AlongLocation Requirement: You must be based in Cluj-Napoca or Iași.Technical SkillsVery good knowledge and practical use of Excel, PowerPoint, Workday (ideally PSA), and SharePoint.Data-driven decision-making and ability to derive operational insights.Nice to have: experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence.Experience & KnowledgeKnowledge in the field of compliance management and compliance topics.Experience in cross-functional project management.Nice to have: experience with personnel resource planning.Interpersonal & Leadership SkillsStrong customer and business orientation.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy, and strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments.Brings intercultural competence and a strong sense of personal responsibility to collaborative work environments.Experience in escalation managementPassion for scaling teams and processes sustainablyLanguage SkillsEnglish proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)What We Have To OfferDiscover new skills and improve your strengths, adapt your working day to your personal lifestyle, celebrate community, sustainability and diversity.
